All security personnel must demonstrate a minimum B2 level of English proficiency, enabling them to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, colleagues, visitors, emergency services and members of the public, both verbally and in writing.

All security personnel must successfully pass comprehensive background screening and maintain a clean criminal record, ensuring they meet the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, trustworthiness and suitability for working in security-sensitive environments.

All security personnel must have the legal right to work and provide valid documentation to verify their identity, employment eligibility and compliance with all applicable immigration and employment regulations.

All security personnel must hold a valid QQI Level 4 Security Guarding qualification (or equivalent recognised certification), demonstrating that they have successfully completed the required training and possess the knowledge, skills and competence necessary to perform professional security duties safely and effectively.
